Corona Virus Info
Message from the Pastor
Dear parishioners, family and friends,
I’m, like most of you, staying home due to my health condition and age (69), during this difficult time of Corona Virus.
I want to take this opportunity to thank you all for your love, prayers and support to me, personally, and to your parish of the Immaculate Heart of Mary. I keep you in my heart, mind, prays and daily 12:00 Noon Mass that I offer for your each of you, intentions and needs, especially at this time of distress. Here I am sharing with you my Sunday Mass of this Fifth Sunday of Lent. Father Ernesto Magallón is also celebrating daily Mass in Spanish, at 12:00 Noon, in the Chapel of the Blessed Sacrament, here at the parish. And on Sundays, his Mass is at 10:00 a.m. You may want to watch it on Alégrate María Radio, or his Facebook.
Let’s continue to pray for one another and for those most vulnerable people in our families, community and society. Let’s follow the advise of our civil and ecclesiastical authorities to stay home, disinfect surfaces and other materials at home and work, wash our hands constantly, etc., etc., etc.
For your information: our office is “open” only by phone. Rosie, the secretary, and Blas, the handyman, are there, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 Noon, Monday to Friday, for any emergency.
In case you would like to send your donations and collection envelopes for the needs of the parish, please send them by mail. However, please DO NOT send cash through the mail or leave cash in the parish office mail box. You may want to wait to bring your donations in cash later on, when this difficult time come to an end. By the way, you can also make your donations (or Sunday Collection) with your credit card, by calling the parish office...
Again, I thank you all for your kindness, prayers, generosity, support and love to me and your parish.
Let’s continue to pray for one another. My love and blessings to each and everyone of you, your dear families and loved ones.
Msgr. Luis Javier García
